This splendid 43" spring Pike was taken on a Swimtrue-Acoustic fly. This new range of flies comes in two sizes: a 7" 4/0 and a 9" 6/0. This fly is a great cross over pattern, giving you a really good chance of catching a muskie while being in the right size range for pike and large-mouth bass. Although I would still recommend a 10wt line, these flies are considerably easier to cast compared to my DJ Muskie fly. Above photo was taken by my 11 year old son, Ted.
